Joint Development Agreement. The Company shall have executed and delivered the Joint Development Agreement.
Joint Development Agreement. The Company shall have entered into a Joint Development Agreement with Komag in the form set forth in Exhibit H attached hereto (the "Joint Development Agreement").

Joint Development Agreement. Each of SN, UnSub and Xxxxxx, concurrently with the Closing (unless any Party is a Failing Investor, a Closing Investor elects to pursue its rights under clause (b) of Section 6.3(a) and all Requisite Documents have been received and are in full force and effect at or prior to the Closing), shall enter into the Joint Development Agreement in the form attached hereto as Annex B (the “Joint Development Agreement”), in order to provide for the exploration, development and operation of the Assets.

The Owners have approached the Developer herein to develop their Property and both the Owners and Developer have entered into a Joint Development Agreement dated 7th May, 2018, registered at the Office of the District Sub Registrar-IV, Alipore, South 24 Parganas, recorded in Book No. I, Volume No. 1604-2018, at Pages 96100 to 96161, being No. 160402842 for the year 2018, with the intention to jointly develop and commercially exploit the Property as “Promoter”, in phase wise manner by constructing residential complex comprising of multistoried buildings, apartments/flats, parking spaces and Commercial Units/Shops etc. capable of being held and enjoyed independently, on the agreed terms and conditions.
