Common use of Joint Finance Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Finance Committee. Exelixis and BMS shall establish a JFC within [ * ] after the Effective Date. The JFC shall provide support to all other Committees with respect to accounting and financial matters relating to Committee-Governed Products. The JFC shall have the membership and shall operate by the procedures set forth in Section 2.6.
