Common use of Joint Insurance and Benefit Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Insurance and Benefit Committee. (a) The Committee shall be referred to as the Joint Insurance Benefits Review Committee (JIBRC). (b) (i) The purpose of this Committee is to facilitate communications between the Employer and the Union on the subject of Group Insurance including Basic Life Insurance, Optional Life Insurance, Supplementary Health & Hospitalization Insurance (including vision care), Long Term Income Protection Insurance, Dental Plan and such other negotiated benefits as may be included in the Group Insurance Plan.
