Common use of JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. (a) The parties agree to establish a Joint Committee composed of two (2) employees appointed by the Union and two (2) representatives of the Employer. (b) The Joint Committee shall meet at the call of either party at a mutually agreed time and place. Employees shall not suffer any loss of basic pay for time spent attending meetings of the Committee.
