JOINT MEMBERSHIP. Persons who qualify to be Members may hold a joint membership in the Cooperative (“Joint Membership”). A Joint Membership may consist only of individuals Occupying the same Location to or for which the Cooperative Provides or will Provide a Cooperative Service, each of whom qualifies to be a Member.
JOINT MEMBERSHIP. 12.1 Joint membership rates are available. Should either member suspend their membership (under section 7) or break their contract terms, the remaining member will be moved to a single membership tariff for the balance of the contract period.

JOINT MEMBERSHIP. A husband and wife shall jointly become and hold one membership unless otherwise requested in writing and shall be accepted into membership upon their joint compliance with the provisions of Section 1 of this Article. Such membership shall be either active or inactive. Two persons other than husband wife occupying a dwelling house may hold a joint membership for service to that residence only. In the event that residence in said unit is abandoned by either of said parties that said joint membership shall be terminated as to both parties. In the event that one of said joint members continues to take service in said units, a new membership must be issued to be eligible for continued service.
JOINT MEMBERSHIP. A married couple or partners in a civil union may acquire a joint membership at no additional cost provided that both spouses execute this Agreement. Each spouse will be jointly and severally liable for all fees, Charges, Billed Charges and other liabilities associated with the joint membership. In the event of the legal dissolution of the marriage or civil union of Member and his/her spouse, the membership, including all of its rights, benefits and obligations, will vest in the spouse who is awarded the membership under a divorce decree or other agreement of the spouses. Until the membership is finally awarded to one of the spouses, both spouses will remain jointly and severally liable for all fees, Charges, Billed Charges and other liabilities under this Agreement and both spouses may continue to use the membership provided the member, his/her spouse and the membership are in good standing with the Resort and are complying with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
JOINT MEMBERSHIP. Both AGE and LASA agree to offer the possibility for their members to subscribe to a dual membership.

To have a joint membership, all members must be joint signers on the checking account linked to BP Bill Pay. Joint members share the same payee list, and are subject to the joint tenancy rules contained in the Account Disclosure Statement for that checking account. As provided at Section 3 above, any requirement to verify two signatures on checks, if one exists, is waived. Consequently, regardless of any multiple signature requirements for your accounts subject to this Agreement, you agree that any cosigner acting alone may effect any of the Online Services. Additionally, any account owner may close the BP Bill Pay service.

The terms of this Internet Banking Access Agreement extend to all members. To have a joint membership, all members must be joint signers on the checking account linked to Xxxx Pay. Joint members share the same payee list, and are subject to the joint tenancy rules contained in the Account Disclosure Statement for that checking account. Accounts that require two or more signatures are not eligible to be linked to Xxxx Pay. Any account owner may close the Xxxx Pay service.
