Common use of Joint Planning Meeting Clause in Contracts

Joint Planning Meeting. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, a joint planning meeting or other method of joint planning between BellSouth and Pathnet will commence within a maximum of 15 business days from BellSouth's receipt of a Bona Fide Firm Order and the payment of agreed upon fees. At such meeting, the Parties will agree to the preliminary design of the Collocation Space and the equipment configuration requirements as reflected in the Application and affirmed in the Bona Fide Firm Order. The Collocation Space Completion time period will be provided to Pathnet during the joint planning meeting or as soon as possible thereafter. BellSouth will complete all design work following the joint planning meeting.

BellSouth will complete all design work following the joint planning meeting.

The Collocation Space Completion time period will be provided to Pathnet Adelphia during the joint planning meeting or as soon as possible thereafter. BellSouth XxxxXxxxx will complete all design work following the joint planning meeting.
