Joint Powers Board Membership. The System shall be governed by the Board whose membership shall consist of one (1) elected official representing each Party, and a total of two (2) elected officials of the ACEMS District/Ada County Board of Commissioners. 4.1.2.1 Each Party shall also designate an alternate elected official to serve in the absence of their designated Board member. 4.1.2.2 Each Party’s appointee shall be given the authority to vote on all matters before the Board with the exception of financial decisions requiring the appropriation and/or expenditure of funds by the Party.

Joint Powers Board Membership.
