Joint Services. Article 40

Joint Services. The Parties believe that substantial revenues may be derived from new product/service introductions ("Joint Services") related to supply chain process improvements and e-commerce transactions of clients using technology and systems based on the Neof▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ ▇▇▇erings and Superior's Healthcare Consulting Services. Superior and the Company will, as part of the Alliance Plan further described in Section 7, below, within sixty (60) days of the Effective Date, explore the feasibility of the joint, development, promotion, and sale of Joint Services. Any such plan will specify any agreement of the parties with respect to revenue and expense sharing.

Joint Services. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, in the event the Company provides any Telecommunications Services in conjunction with, in a joint venture with or in any other arrangement with (the "Joint Services") any one or more entities that the City has also authorized to provide local high-capacity telecommunications services (the "Other Franchisees"): (a) no revenues with respect to Telecommunications Services being provided by such Other Franchisees, other than Joint Services, shall be included in the Company's Gross Revenue, so long as the revenues distributed to or otherwise retained by the Other Franchisees with respect to Joint Services are subject to the terms of such other Franchisees' own agreements with the City; and (b) only those revenues received by the Company with respect to Joint Services and not distributed to or otherwise retained by the Other Franchisees shall be included in the Company's Gross Revenue, so long as the revenues distributed to or otherwise retained by the Other Franchisees with respect to Joint Services are subject to the terms of such other Franchisees' own agreements with the City. Joint Services. (1) For the purpose of improving the telecommunication service for the Subscribers of Telkom and the Subscribers of Mobisel. MOBISEL is hereby entitled to use the following telecommunication number services of TELKOM: (a) Operator-assisted connections to the Mobisel Network; (b) Information services for subscribers; (c) Emergency telephone services related to calling the fire brigade, police, ambulance, SAR, etc.

Joint Services. Any of the services and obligations to be performed pursuant to the Contract not specifically assigned to NG or P▇▇▇▇▇▇ pursuant to Paragraphs 2.5 or 2.6, including without limitation in connection with customer support, data centers and project staffing, shall be considered the joint responsibility of the Parties and undertaken and paid for on an equal basis by the Parties (the “Joint Services”).

Joint Services. The disbanding of the mobilisation defence and affiliated structures make it possible - in combination with technology development – to centralise the administrative functions of Danish Defence to achieve a streamlined, efficient utilisation of the available resources. Centralisation of the administration also leads to fewer levels of administration thereby shortening the chains of command and enhancing interdepartmental resource utilisation. In order to streamline and improve the efficiency of the Department of the Ministry of Defence and to strengthen the lines of communication between the Minister of Defence and the Chief of Danish Defence, the Department is to be reorganised so that the activities of the Department are focused on strategic development and overall management and control. As a result of this, a number of tasks are to be transferred from the Department to the Defence Command. The Defence Staff is to be located in Copenhagen as close to the MoD as possible. A powerful, centralised financial department is to be established under the Defence Command, and the requisite qualitative and quantitative resources are to be allocated for the financial management of the armed forces.

Joint Services. All accommodations and services are based on the identified needs of the individual students/DOR Consumers. The joint services outlined by this document and local agreements may include, but need not be limited to, the following: Colleges are required under federal and state non-discrimination laws (Americans with Disabilities Act and CA Government Code Section 11135 as amended by Assembly Bill 677, January 2002) to provide access to and arrangement for, adaptive educational equipment, materials, and supplies required by students with disabilities to enjoy the benefits of, and be able to participate in education programs operated by community colleges on an equal basis with other students. This does not constitute a requirement that a college provide adaptive equipment for a student to use outside the classroom. DOR can provide telecommunication, sensory and other technological aids and devices needed by DOR consumers to complete their Individual Plan for Employment (IPE). Purchase of personal assistive technology, such as personal computers/laptops, Braille notetakers, adaptive software, individual memberships to Readers for the Blind and Dyslexic (RFB&D), and/or reading devices, etc may be provided for homework or study, if after an individual assessment of disability related needs, such devices are needed to complete training required in the IPE.
