Joint Trunk Planning Criteria. In order to facilitate sound and economical network planning and provisioning, the Parties agree to work cooperatively to establish appropriate (i) fill factors for trunks previously deployed for the CD; (ii) compensation arrangements to reflect Xxxxxxx’s and the CD’s proportionate use of the trunking; (iii) strand plant or special construction termination charge to CD for not utilizing the ordered trunking; and (iv) to establish appropriate time frames to reflect whether the CD ordered trunking is Currently Available.

Joint Trunk Planning Criteria. In order to facilitate sound and economical network planning and provisioning, CenturyTel deployment of trunks for CD use may be conditioned on (i) fill factors for trunks previously deployed for the CD; (ii) compensation arrangements to reflect CenturyTel’s and the CD’s proportionate use of the trunking; (iii) a stranded plant or special construction termination charge to CD for not utilizing the ordered trunking for the forecasted duration; and (iv) whether the CD ordered trunking is Currently Available.
Joint Trunk Planning Criteria. In order to facilitate sound and economical network planning and provisioning, CenturyTel deployment of trunks for DAYSTARR use may be conditioned on (i) fill factors for trunks previously deployed for the DAYSTARR; (ii) a stranded plant or special construction termination charge to DAYSTARR for not utilizing the ordered trunking for the forecasted duration; and (iv) whether the DAYSTARR ordered trunking is Currently Available. Notwithstanding the foregoing, trunk orders that CenturyTel has the capability to provide shall be filled by CenturyTel in the interval that it would provide such facilities to itself or to its own end users.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, trunk orders that UBTA-UBET has the capability to provide shall be filled by UBTA-UBET in the interval that it would provide such facilities to itself or to its own end users.

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement. In such an event, the HSP acknowledges that if it is provided with planning targets, these targets: a. are targets only, b. are provided solely for the purposes of planning, c. are subject to confirmation, and d. may be changed at the discretion of the Funder in consultation with the HSP. The HSP will proactively manage the risks associated with multi-year planning and the potential changes to the planning targets; and the Funder agrees that it will communicate any changes to the planning targets as soon as reasonably possible.

The Developer shall design and maintain the plant auxiliary systems to operate safely throughout the entire real and reactive power design range. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall not unreasonably restrict or condition the reactive power production or absorption of the Large Generating Facility in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Selection Criteria Each Contract is secured by a new or used Motorcycle. No Contract has a Contract Rate less than 1.00%. Each Contract amortizes the amount financed over an original term no greater than 84 months (excluding periods of deferral of first payment). Each Contract has a Principal Balance of at least $500.00 as of the Cutoff Date.
