Joint Ventures and Partnerships. If the CM/GC is a joint venture or a partnership, each joint venture member or partner is executing this CM/GC Contract on behalf of and thereby binds both itself and the CM/GC, and each joint venture member or partner and the CM/GC shall be jointly and severally liable under this CM/GC Contract.

No cover is provided to any of the Insured’s Joint Venture partners or other partners in any Partnership.

17.1 a member of any joint venture, consortium, European Economic Interest Grouping, partnership or other unincorporated association;
17.2 a party to any agreement or arrangement for sharing profit, commissions or other income; or
17.3 a member of any partnership, trade association, society or other group (whether formal or informal, and whether or not having a separate legal identity) and no such body is relevant to or has any material influence over the Group.

19.3 The Vendors do not have any interest whether as owner, agent, manager, adviser or consultant or of any other nature in an independent school within 5 miles of any of the Campuses.
