Common use of Jurisdiction of the English courts Clause in Contracts

Jurisdiction of the English courts. The parties irrevocably agree, for the benefit of the Lender, and subject to Clause 32.2, that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
