Kauai Products. (i) The products resulting from the Kauai Project shall be intended for use in the HIVD Field, but not intended for use outside the HIVD Field. (ii) Celera shall be the manufacturer of record for products resulting from the Kauai Project. (iii) Products resulting from the Kauai Project may only be sold by Celera and only for use in the HIVD Field. (iv) Except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, Applera shall not sell any instrument resulting from the Kauai Project.
