Keeping us Informed. You will keep us informed of the progress of the Project and meet with us if we ask. We and our representatives may, at reasonable times and on reasonable notice, visit any studio, location or elsewhere where production of any Content is being carried out, to observe the progress of the Project. Any visitor will comply with your reasonable health and safety directions. What you must do On completion of the Production Activity, you must do the following, and use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all subsequent owners and exclusive licensors of any Content do the same. Ongoing Public Assess In accordance with your Publishing Obligations, you will use all reasonable endeavours to give the New Zealand public such access to the Main Content as is consistent with: (a) the rights, licences, consents and authorities obtained for the Project; and (b) your Distribution Agreements.
Keeping us Informed. You will keep us informed about the engagement of the Journalist, and their creation of the Content, and meet with us if we ask. We and our representatives may, at reasonable times and on reasonable notice, What you must do You must do the following, and use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all subsequent owners and exclusive licensors of any Content do the same. PIFJ Journalist Survey At the end of the Term, obtain from the Journalist(s) their views on: (a) what level of support did the Journalist feel was offered by the newsroom whilst carrying out their work; (b) did the Journalist feel as though their role in providing public interest journalism was well-defined and deliverable; (c) what could the Recipient do to improve the Journalist’s performance in the Role should the Term be extended; (d) how their participation has benefited the journalism sector in New Zealand (PIFJ Journalist Survey) NZ On Air reserves the right to include additional matters in the PIFJ Journalist Survey prior to the end of the Term. Ongoing Public Assess In accordance with your Publishing Obligations, you will use all reasonable endeavours to give the New Zealand public such access to the Content as is consistent with: (a) the rights, licences, consents and authorities obtained for the Content; and (b) your Distribution Agreements.

Any visitor will comply with your reasonable health and safety directions.
Keeping us Informed. You agree to keep the School and the Head fully informed of any applications You are intending to make, should you wish your Child to transfer to another school or educational establishment.
Keeping us Informed. (a) You must tell us promptly if information you’ve provided to us changes, including if your billing address changes, if your use of energy materially changes (for example, if you start running a business at the premises), or if someone requiring life support starts residing at the premises.
(b) If you can’t meet an obligation relating to your premises under this Contract because you’re not the owner you won’t be in breach of the obligation if you take all reasonable steps to ensure that the owner or other person responsible for the premises fulfils the obligation. You must provide contact details for your rental agent or property owner if we request them.
Keeping us Informed. You will keep us informed of the following: • if you leave the grounds of the Home, for any reason, without a member of our staff; • if you change your representative; or • if something happens which would give rise to a change in your Care Plan.
Keeping us Informed. 9.1 During the loan period, you must tell us immediately if:
(a) you withdraw from all or part of your course; or
(b) any change occurs in your circumstances that affects your entitlement to the loan. This includes:
(i) changing your address, course or education provider
(ii) not meeting performance requirements
(iii) not meeting attendance requirements
(iv) not meeting residency requirements
(v) becoming bankrupt
(vi) being imprisoned.
Keeping us Informed. 11.1 During the loan period, you must tell us immediately if:
(a) you withdraw from all or part of your course; or
(b) any change occurs in your circumstances that affects your entitlement to the loan. This includes:
(i) changing your address, course or education provider
(ii) not meeting performance requirements
(iii) not meeting attendance requirements
(iv) not meeting residency requirements
(v) becoming bankrupt
(vi) being imprisoned.
11.2 After we transfer the administration of your loan to Inland Revenue, you must tell Inland Revenue of any change to your contact details within 1 month of that change.
11.3 If you will be away from New Zealand for 184 or more consecutive days, before leaving (or if you are already overseas, as soon as possible), you must provide Inland Revenue with:
(a) an address you can be contacted at. For example, this can be a permanent overseas address, or a New Zealand address, or the name and address of a person in New Zealand authorised to act for you;
(b) any information Inland Revenue reasonably requires to work out any overseas-based repayment obligation; and
(c) any information Inland Revenue reasonably requires to work out if you are entitled to an interest- free loan. You must tell Inland Revenue when you have returned to New Zealand.
Keeping us Informed. If you receive any state benefits to help pay your rent, you must tell us straight away of any change in your household or your circumstances. This may affect any help you receive.
Keeping us Informed. 4.1 You must give us any information we reasonably ask for, and you agree to tell us without delay of any change in your circumstances or status, including in particular any change of address (including your email address), name or residency status. We may make enquiries to identify your new address. To make these enquiries, we may need to share your details with trusted external parties. We will not be liable for any delay or non- performance of the Services if you have not given us the information we need.
