Common use of KEYS AND LOCKOUT Clause in Contracts

KEYS AND LOCKOUT. There shall be a $30 charge for each lost key. In the event Resident is locked out of the Unit or Bedroom during regular business hours and requires Landlord and / or Maintenance assistance to gain reentry, Resident shall pay to Landlord the $60 Lockout Fee, which amount will be considered additional Rent, and shall be paid to the Landlord within twenty four (24) hours of such service. If not paid, charges will be deducted from the Resident’s Security Deposit. After regular business hours, there will be a minimum lock-out charge of $125 per lock-out.
