KYC Information. Upon the reasonable request of Lender made in writing at least ten days prior to the Closing Date, the Borrower has provided to the Lender all documentation and information so requested about the Borrower and its Subsidiaries in connection with applicable “know your customer” and anti-money-laundering rules and regulations, in each case at least five days prior to the Closing Date.
KYC Information. (i) Upon the reasonable request of any Lender made at least ten days prior to the Closing Date, the Borrowers shall have provided to such Lender the documentation and other information so requested in connection with applicable “know your customer” and anti-money-laundering rules and regulations, including the USA Patriot Act, in each case at least five days prior to the Closing Date.
KYC Information. Promptly, following any request therefor, provide information and documentation reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender for purposes of compliance with applicable “know your customer” requirements under the PATRIOT Act, the Beneficial Ownership Regulation or other applicable anti-money laundering laws.
KYC Information. At least three (3) Business Days prior to the Effective Date, the Administrative Agent and each Lender shall have received all documentation and information relating to the Borrower as is reasonably requested in writing by the Administrative Agent and/or any such Lender at least ten (10) Business Days prior to the Effective Date that is required by Governmental Authorities under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the Patriot Act and the Beneficial Ownership Regulation. If the Borrower qualifies as a “legal entity customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation and the Administrative Agent or any Lender so request at least five (5) Business Days prior to the Effective Date, then at least three (3) Business Days prior to the Effective Date, the Borrower shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent and/or any such Lender a Beneficial Ownership Certification in relation to the Borrower.
KYC Information. (a) Upon the request of the Bank, the Borrower shall have provided to the Bank, and the Bank shall be reasonably satisfied with, the documentation and other information so requested in connection with applicable “know your customer” and anti-money-laundering rules and regulations, including, without limitation, the PATRIOT Act.

(a) Upon the reasonable request of any Lender made at least ten days prior to the Restatement Effective Date, the Borrower shall have provided to such Lender the documentation and other information so requested in connection with applicable “know your customer” and anti-money-laundering rules and regulations, including the PATRIOT Act, in each case at least three days prior to the Restatement Effective Date.
KYC Information. Receipt by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders of all documentation and other information requested by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders that is required to satisfy applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including the USA PATRIOT Act.
KYC Information. At the reasonable request of the Administrative Agent (or any Lender through the Administrative Agent), the Borrower shall promptly deliver (i) such documentation and other information (including Beneficial Ownership Certification) about the Borrower and the Guarantors as required by U.S. regulatory authorities under applicable “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations, including, without limitation, the Patriot Act and (ii) for the avoidance of doubt, to the extent the Borrower qualifies as a “legal entity customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation, the Beneficial Ownership Certification. Documents required to be delivered pursuant to clauses (a), (b), and (g) of this Section 9.1 (to the extent any such documents are included in materials otherwise filed with the SEC) may be delivered electronically and if so delivered, shall be deemed to have been delivered on the earliest date on which (i) the Borrower posts such documents, or provides a link thereto on the Borrower’s websites on the Internet; (ii) such documents are posted on the Borrower’s behalf on IntraLinks/IntraAgency or another website, if any, to which each Lender and the Administrative Agent have access (whether a commercial, third-party website or whether sponsored by the Administrative Agent), or (iii) such financial statements and/or other documents are posted on the SEC’s website on the internet at xxx.xxx.xxx; provided that (A) the Borrower shall, at the request of the Administrative Agent, continue to deliver copies (which delivery may be by electronic transmission) of such documents to the Administrative Agent and (B) the Borrower shall notify (which notification may be by facsimile or electronic transmission) the Administrative Agent of the posting of any such documents on any website described in this paragraph. Each Lender shall be solely responsible for timely accessing posted documents or requesting delivery of paper copies of such documents from the Administrative Agent and maintaining its copies of such documents.
