L/C Issuer Reports. Unless otherwise agreed by the Administrative Agent, each L/C Issuer shall report in writing to the Administrative Agent (i) on or prior to each Business Day on which such L/C Issuer issues, amends, renews or extends any Letter of Credit, the date of such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension, and the Class, currency and aggregate face amount of the Letters of Credit issued, amended, renewed or extended by it and outstanding after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension (and whether the amount thereof shall have changed), it being agreed that such L/C Issuer shall not effect any issuance, renewal, extension or amendment resulting in an increase in the amount of any Letter of Credit without first obtaining confirmation by hand delivery, telecopy or e-mail transmission of a .pdf or similar electronic copy from the Administrative Agent that such increase is then permitted under this Agreement, (ii) on each Business Day on which such L/C Issuer makes any L/C Disbursement, the Class of such L/C Disbursement and the date, currency and amount of such L/C Disbursement, (iii) on any Business Day on which a Borrower fails to reimburse an L/C Disbursement required to be reimbursed to such L/C Issuer on such day, the date of such failure and the Class, currency and amount of such L/C Disbursement and (iv) on any other Business Day, such other information as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request as to the Letters of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer.

L/C Issuer Reports. Unless otherwise agreed by the Administrative Agent, each L/C Issuer shall: (i) prior to the time that such L/C Issuer amends, renews, increases, or extends a Letter of Credit, notify the Administrative Agent of the date of such amendment, renewal, increase, or extension and the stated amount of the applicable Letter of Credit after giving effect to such amendment, renewal, increase, or extension; (ii) on each Business Day on which such L/C Issuer makes a payment pursuant to a Letter of Credit, notify the Administrative Agent of the date and amount of such payment; (iii) on any Business Day on which the Borrower fails to reimburse a payment made pursuant to a Letter of Credit required to be reimbursed to such L/C Issuer on such day, notify the Administrative Agent of the date of such failure and the amount of such payment; (iv) on any Business Day on which any Letter of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer expires or is cancelled, notify the Administrative Agent of the date of such expiration or cancellation; and (v) ​ ​ ​ for so long as any Letter of Credit issued by such L/C issuer is outstanding, deliver to the Administrative Agent, within five (5) Business Days after the beginning of each calendar month, a report (in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) with respect to each Letter of Credit issued by such L/C Issuer.

On the first Business Day following Administrative Agent's receipt of such reports, Administrative Agent shall deliver a copy thereof to Borrower.

  • Servicer Reports The Servicer shall provide monthly reports to the Purchaser pursuant to Section 6.02 in the formats attached hereto as Exhibits 13 and 14, or in such other format as the Servicer, the Purchaser and the Depositor shall agree in writing.

  • L/C Issuer Reports to the Administrative Agent Unless otherwise agreed by the Administrative Agent, each L/C Issuer shall, in addition to its notification obligations set forth elsewhere in this Section 2.03, provide the Administrative Agent a Letter of Credit Report, as set forth below:

  • Certain Special Servicer Reports (a) The Special Servicer, for each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan, shall provide to the Master Servicer and the Paying Agent one (1) Business Day after the Determination Date for each month, the CMSA Special Servicer Loan File in such electronic format as is mutually acceptable to the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer and in CMSA format. The Master Servicer and the Paying Agent may use such reports or information contained therein to prepare its reports and the Master Servicer may, at its option, forward such reports directly to the Depositor and the Rating Agencies.

  • Daily Reports On each Business Day, the Servicer, with prior notice, shall prepare and make available at the office of the Servicer for inspection by the Trustee a record setting forth (i) the aggregate amount of Collections processed by the Servicer on the preceding Business Day and (ii) the aggregate amount of Receivables as of the close of business on the preceding Business Day.

  • Weekly Reports Weekly, not later than Wednesday for the immediately preceding fiscal week:

  • Revenue Agent Reports Within 10 days after receipt, copies of all Revenue Agent Reports (Internal Revenue Service Form 886), or other written proposals of the Internal Revenue Service, that propose, determine or otherwise set forth positive adjustments to the Federal income tax liability of the affiliated group (within the meaning of Section 1504(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code) of which the Borrower is a member aggregating $2,000,000 or more.

  • Eligible Investments Reports The Servicer shall, at any time provide such information and reports regarding its Eligible Investments under this Agreement as the Master Servicer may request.

  • Financial Statements, Reports, Certificates Borrower shall deliver the following to Bank: (i) as soon as available, but in any event within twenty five (25) days after the end of each calendar month, a company prepared consolidated and consolidating balance sheet and income statement covering Borrower’s operations during such period, in a form reasonably acceptable to Bank and certified by a Responsible Officer; (ii) as soon as available, but in any event within one hundred fifty (150) days after the end of Borrower’s fiscal year (beginning with the 2010 fiscal year), audited consolidated and consolidating financial statements of Borrower prepared in accordance with GAAP, consistently applied, together with an opinion which is unqualified or otherwise consented to in writing by Bank on such financial statements of an independent certified public accounting firm reasonably acceptable to Bank; (iii) if applicable, copies of all statements, reports and notices sent or made available generally by Borrower to its security holders or to any holders of Subordinated Debt and all reports on Forms 10-K and 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission; (iv) promptly upon receipt of notice thereof, a report of any legal actions pending or threatened against Borrower or any Subsidiary that could reasonably be expected to result in damages or costs to Borrower or any Subsidiary of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) or more; (v) promptly upon receipt, each management letter prepared by Borrower’s independent certified public accounting firm regarding Borrower’s management control systems; (vi) no later than twenty five (25) days prior to the end of each fiscal year of Borrower, an annual business plan including a monthly operating budget; (vii) such other budgets, sales projections, operating plans or other financial information generally prepared by Borrower in the ordinary course of business as Bank may reasonably request from time to time; and (viii) within thirty (30) days of the last day of each fiscal quarter, a report signed by Borrower, in form reasonably acceptable to Bank, listing any applications or registrations that Borrower has made or filed in respect of any Patents, Copyrights or Trademarks and the status of any outstanding applications or registrations, as well as any material change in Borrower’s Intellectual Property Collateral, including but not limited to any subsequent ownership right of Borrower in or to any Trademark, Patent or Copyright not specified in Exhibits A, B, and C of any Intellectual Property Security Agreement delivered to Bank by Borrower in connection with this Agreement.

  • Financial Statements; Accountants’ Reports; Other Information The Guarantor shall keep and maintain at all times complete and accurate books of accounts and records in sufficient detail to correctly reflect all of the Guarantor’s financial transactions and assets. In addition, the Guarantor shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to the Lender the following:
