LABELING REQUIREMENTS. All recycling and/or waste containers shall be marked with the following information, and if requested by the Authorized User it shall be provided in multiple languages (for example English and Spanish): The Contractor’s name The Contractor’s dispatch number The container size in cubic yards The tare weight corresponding to the container size The type of recyclable or waste being disposed of (for example ‘Trash Only’, ‘Single Stream Recycling Only’, ‘Recyclable Paper Only’, ‘Food Waste/Compostables Only’ etc.)

LABELING REQUIREMENTS. Following the Closing, Buyer shall promptly and at its own expense use all reasonable efforts to obtain such FDA approvals necessary for Buyer Labeling for the Product to be manufactured after the Closing and, promptly comply with such FDA approvals upon receipt thereof.
LABELING REQUIREMENTS. Supplier is solely responsible for compliance with all labeling regulations for the goods and to advise Customer of the same. Supplier hereby warrants and represents that it is and shall remain in compliance with any regulations regarding the labeling of packaging including but not limited to compliance with any Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals requirements.
LABELING REQUIREMENTS. All food must be labeled with the common name of the food and the name and address of the person who prepared the food. Allergen information needs to be declared on the label or by the use of a placard. The following food products are considered major allergens: Peanuts, Soybeans (not refined soybean oil), Milk, Eggs, Fish, Crustacean (crab, lobster or shrimp), Tree Nuts (almonds, pecans or walnuts) & Wheat. Food that is prepared in licensed food establishments or food processing plants must be labeled at a minimum with the following information:
LABELING REQUIREMENTS. LICENSEE shall use and display the PROPERTY only in such form and manner as are specifically approved by OWNER. LICENSEE shall cause to appear on all LICENSED ARTICLES produced hereunder and on their tags, packaging, advertising and promotional materials such legends, markings and notices as OWNER may request, which unless otherwise notified by OWNER shall be set forth in EXHIBIT 7.
LABELING REQUIREMENTS. 1. The Contractor shall quote the order number and item or material number in the order confirmation (where an order confirmation is agreed) and in all other written correspondence.
2. Each consignment shall be delivered with one delivery note en- closed with the shipping documents and one delivery note affixed to the package. In addition to the aforementioned information, the de- livery notes shall include the date of dispatch, the type of packag- ing, a description of the goods, the quantity and weight of the con- signment (gross and net weight) as well as the delivery address (site and unloading point). Invoices shall not constitute delivery notes. Details are stipulated in the General Specifications for Deliveries.
3. In addition to the order number and item or material number, in- voices must include a goods description, the quantity, the price per unit and number and date of the delivery note. Any value added tax included in the price must be shown as a separate item. Invoices may relate to no more than one order.
4. The Contractor shall bear any costs incurred as a result of failure to comply with this provision.
LABELING REQUIREMENTS. All Printed Materials for each unit of the Licensed Products shall have conspicuously, legibly and irremovably affixed thereto the notices specified in a template to be provided to Licensee subsequent to the execution of this License Agreement, which template may be amended from time to time by Sony during the term of this License Agreement. Licensee agrees that, if required by Sony or any governmental entity, it shall submit each Licensed Product to a consumer advisory ratings system designated by Sony and/or such governmental entity for the purpose of obtaining rating code(s) for each Licensed Product. Any and all costs and expenses incurred in connection with obtaining such rating code(s) shall be borne solely by Licensee. Any required consumer advisory rating code(s) procured hereby shall be displayed on the Licensed Product and the associated Printed Materials in accordance with the Guidelines, at Licensee's cost and expense. ____________ [*] Confidential Portions Omitted and Filed Separately with the Commission.
LABELING REQUIREMENTS. 9.1 REQUIREMENTS Receipt and storage of materials, requires that incoming loads be easily and quickly identified. All shipping containers must be identified with an "Outer Package Label" as specified in the "Electronic Industries Association Shipping and Receiving Bar Code Label Standard," available from Dell Computer Corporation's Procurement and Receiving Departments.
