Labor and Material. To the extent required by the Buyer’s title insurance company, Seller shall furnish at Closing an affidavit and indemnification agreement showing that all labor and materials for or on account of Seller, if any, furnished to the Property within 120 days prior to Closing have been paid for and agreeing to indemnify the Buyer’s title company in the form of the Owner’s Affidavit attached hereto as Exhibit C and incorporated by this reference herein. Seller shall not execute any other affidavits or statements of representations or warranties unless otherwise specifically provided in this Contract.
