Common use of Labor Harmony Clause in Contracts

Labor Harmony. Tenant shall not use (and upon notice from Landlord shall cease using) contractors, services, workmen, labor, materials or equipment, or labor and employment practices that, in Landlord’s good faith judgment, may cause strikes, picketing or boycotts or disturb labor harmony with the workforce or trades engaged in performing other work, labor or services in or about the Property.

Labor Harmony. Tenant shall not use (and upon notice from Landlord shall cease using) contractors, services, workmen, labor, materials or equipment, or labor and employment practices that, in Landlord’s good faith judgment, may cause strikes, picketing or boycotts or disturb labor harmony with the workforce or trades engaged in performing other work, labor or services in or about the PropertyProject.

Tenant shall not use (and upon written notice from Landlord shall cease using) contractors, services, workmen, labor, materials or equipment, or labor and employment practices that, that results in Landlord’s good faith judgment, may cause strikes, picketing or boycotts or disturb labor harmony with the workforce or trades engaged in performing other work, labor or services in or about the Property.

Tenant shall not use (and upon notice from Landlord shall cease using) contractors, services, workmen, labor, materials or equipmentmaterials, or labor and employment practices equipment that, in Landlord’s good faith 's reasonable judgment, may cause strikes, picketing or boycotts or would disturb labor harmony with the workforce or trades engaged in performing other work, labor labor, or services in or about the PropertyProject, provided, however, Tenant shall not be obligated to terminate any contractor, worker, or supplier to the extent not permitted by any applicable agreement or contract or to the extent said termination would violate any applicable law.
