Common use of Labor Harmony Clause in Contracts

Labor Harmony. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Tenant shall not use (and upon notice from Landlord shall cease using) contractors, subcontractors, services, workmen, labor, materials or equipment that, in Landlord’s reasonable judgment, would disturb labor harmony with the workforce or trades engaged in performing other work, labor or services in or about the Project, Building or the Common Areas and/or that otherwise results in picketing or other labor disturbances at the Project and/or on property adjacent thereto.
