LABOUR WARRANTY. Warranty coverage for labour – PV System and LG Chem Battery In addition to the above coverage, Xxxxxxxx provides you with five (5) years of coverage, from the date of installation, for all labour costs involved with inspection by Xxxxxxxx, removal or installation of warranted parts or components by Xxxxxxxx of your PV System. Other than this five (5) years coverage, this Warranty does not cover, nor will Xxxxxxxx reimburse, any on-site labor or other costs incurred in connection with the inspection, de-installation or removal of defective parts or components, or the re- installation of replaced or repaired parts or components for your PV System. Warranty coverage for labour - SolarEdge Products If Xxxxxxxx determines that a reported defect in relation to a SolarEdge Product is eligible for coverage under this Limited Warranty and Xxxxxxxx decides to repair the Product or part(s), warranty coverage includes labour and material costs necessarily incurred to correct the Product defect; and where Xxxxxxxx decides to replace the Product or part(s) to which the Limited Warranty applies, warranty coverage includes the cost of the replacement of the Product or part(s). All other costs will be borne by you.

LABOUR WARRANTY. Where "Labour Warranty" is offered and is purchased separately, the cost of removal and replacement of faulty components by Pristine Pools and Spas Pty Ltd is included. If the location of the premises where the Goods are situated and/or Services are to be provided is more than 50km from Pristine Pools and Spars Pty Ltd place of business which issued the quotation, travel time and accommodation expenses will be invoiced separately to the Buyer. All labour rates quoted are based on Pristine Pools and Spars Pty Ltd standard labour rates applicable at the date of the quotation for work between 8.00am and 4.30pm, on business days and do not include any site allowances or special conditions.

  • Customer Warranty Customer’s and its End Users’ use of the Services must always comply with all applicable Laws and this Agreement.

  • Your Warranties You warrant that You have validly entered into this Agreement and have the legal power to do so.

  • Goods Warranty Seller warrants that all Goods provided will be new and will not be used or refurbished. Seller warrants that all Goods delivered shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship and shall conform to all applicable specifications, drawings, samples or other descriptions given, including those set forth in this Agreement and Seller's sales literature, to be of merchantable quality, to correctly process, provide, and/or receive date data within and between the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, and, if of Seller's design, to be suitable for the purpose intended, to meet all of the performance requirements and to be free from defects in design. This warranty shall run to NETAPP, its successors, assigns, and the users of Goods covered by this Agreement. Seller agrees to replace or to correct any Goods not conforming to the foregoing requirements when notified by NETAPP or its successors within three (3) years after final acceptance. Seller hereby agrees that it will make spare parts available to NETAPP for a period of five (5) years from the date of shipment at Sellers then current price, less applicable discounts. If Seller, upon notice of defect, fails promptly to correct or replace the Goods, NETAPP may do so without further notice and Seller shall reimburse NETAPP for all costs incurred thereby. No inspection, test or approval of any kind, including approval of designs, shall affect Seller's obligation under this Section. Goods which have been rejected shall not thereafter be tendered for acceptance unless the former rejection and correction are identified. Replaced or repaired Goods shall be subject to the provisions of this Section 22to the same extent as the original Goods except that the warranty shall run from the last delivery date. NETAPP may return rejected Goods or hold them at Sellers risk and expense, and may in either event charge Seller with costs of transportation, shipping, unpacking, examining, repacking, reshipping, and the like.

  • Virus Warranty The Contractor represents and warrants that Licensed Software contains no known viruses. Contractor is not responsible for viruses introduced at Licensee’s site.

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty The Goods include the manufacturer’s standard limited parts warranty to replace defective parts covered under such warranty exclusive of labor. Labor is warranted by the Elevator Contractor for 90 days following installation. The manufacturer’s parts warranty may require that the Goods be maintained throughout the warranty period by an authorized manufacturer’s representative under a separate maintenance contract. Any warranty is conditioned on written notice to the Elevator Contractor within warranty period and contingent upon receipt of final payment to Elevator Contractor.

  • Supplier Warranties The Supplier represents and warrants that:

  • Warranty Seller warrants that the Products sold by Seller to Purchaser conform to Seller’s specifications and are free from defects in material and workmanship. Unless otherwise specified by Seller in writing, this warranty extends for one year from the date of original purchase. All warranties apply only to the original Purchaser unless otherwise agreed by Seller in writing. Seller's sole obligation and Purchaser’s exclusive remedy for any justified claim under this warranty shall be limited to one of the following, at Seller’s sole discretion: (a) repair or replacement of the Product or (b) a credit for the price paid by the original Purchaser of the Product. This express warranty does not apply to, and no warranty remedy will be given for, Product issues resulting from: (a) accident, acts of nature, improper installation, improper assembly, unreasonable or improper use, lack of proper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, abuse, normal wear or tear of replaceable parts such as spouts and hoses, or other causes not directly arising from defects in materials or workmanship; (b) any Product damaged by the failure of the owner to use, maintain, or store the Product as specified in any applicable instructions and/or warnings provided by Seller or the manufacturer. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. IN THE EVENT WARRANTIES EXIST AT LAW THAT MAY NOT BE DISCLAIMED, PURCHASER AGREES THAT SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD AND TO THE REPLACEMENT VALUE OF THE PRODUCT.
