Common use of Lake Almanor Clause in Contracts

Lake Almanor. 34 Subject to the limitations set forth in subsection (c) below, the Licensee agrees to 35 make funds available annually to augment CDFG’s existing Lake Almanor 36 fisheries program. The specifics of any fishery augmentation program will be 37 defined by DFG and presented to the Licensee during February of each calendar 38 year for discussion. A fisheries augmented program may include, but not limited 39 to, such projects as the expansion of the pen rearing program and the construction 40 of rearing habitat for warm water fish. 41
