LAND SURVEYING SERVICES. 1. Base Map for Proposed Signal poles (~500 linear feet (LF)) Prepare a base map of the route in a format suitable to the engineer for design purposes. This survey will be performed to locate topographic features located with scope area. The project area is marked on the attached exhibit and will be defined as: • 100’ north/South/East/West of intersection of Intersection of Bellaire Blvd and South Xxxxx Road. The Mapping deliverable will be provided in a digital CAD file (plan view only) at a scale suitable to the engineer for design purposes and will be limited to the following: • Tie visible improvements from existing North Right-of-way to existing South Right- of-way extending to either to the Right-of-way fence lines / Parking lots (where they exist) or 10’ beyond apparent ROW. Tie visible improvements from existing East Right-of-way to existing South Right-of-way extending to either to the Right-of-way fence lines / Parking lots (where they exist) or 10’ beyond apparent Right-of-way within the project area above along South Xxxxx Road. Right-of-entry to be secured within private property. • Locate trees over 6” and the perimeter of existing heavily brushed areas.

LAND SURVEYING SERVICES. Land surveying services, including but not limited to field surveys, aerial surveys, and other topographic data collection and all necessary documentation (easements, boundary, and all other PLS requirements). Conduct topographic and boundary surveys for all properties within the project area and establish horizontal and vertical control for the project. Some duties that may be performed under this task are: preparing Rights-of-Entry, contacting Underground Service Alert (USA) to have existing utilities marked in field prior to a survey, tying all utility pre-marks. Topographic surveys shall locate and determine elevations of existing topographic features as described in the City of Chico Department of Public Works Survey Requirements Survey Standards (in Exhibit G). Surveyor shall coordinate with the Geotechnical Engineer to tie all sample locations. It should be noted that prevailing wages shall apply for certain professional services such as land surveying (flag persons, survey party chief, xxxxxx, or chainman), materials sampling and testing (such as drilling rig operators, pile driving, crane operators), inspection work, soils, or foundation investigations, hazardous materials sampling and testing as determined by the California Labor Code and Department of Industrial Relations.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Engineering Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Geotechnical Services The requested services consist, in general, of preparation of Geotechnical Reports to address issues relative to construction of new or rehabilitation of existing roadways, flood control channels, parks projects, or airport facilities. This General Scope of Work exemplifies the types of work that may be required including, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Laboratory Services Covered Services include prescribed diagnostic clinical and anatomic pathological laboratory services and materials when authorized by a Member's PCP and HPN’s Managed Care Program.

  • Building Services Labor Law Article 9 applies to Contracts for building service work over $1,500 with a public agency, that: (i) involve the care or maintenance of an existing building, or (ii) involve the transportation of office furniture or equipment to or from such building, or (iii) involve the transportation and delivery of fossil fuel to such building, and (iv) the principal purpose of which is to furnish services through use of building service employees.

  • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.

  • Counseling Services Counseling services are available to Residents through the UC Health Employee Assistance Program. In addition, residents may utilize their health insurance coverage to access mental health care under the terms and conditions of their health care insurance provider.
