LAND SURVEYOR REGISTRATION. It shall be a prerequisite for any employee to be employed in the classification of “Chief of Field Party”, that each such employee shall be licensed by the State of California as a "Land Surveyor". All such employees shall receive a five percent (5%) increase over the base salary made effective pursuant to Section 12.A. Such additional compensation shall be incorporated into the salary schedule attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
