Common use of Landlord’s Expenses Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Expenses. If Landlord consents to an assignment, sublease or other transfer by Tenant of all or any portion of Tenants interest under this Lease, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for its actual administrative expenses and for legal, accounting and other out of pocket expenses incurred by Landlord, all not to exceed an aggregate of Two Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($250.00).

If Landlord consents to an assignment, sublease or other transfer by Tenant of all or any an portion of Tenants Tenant's interest under this Lease, or to a waiver of lien as may be requested by Tenant, Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid to Landlord, an administrative fee of not less than Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($500.00) to reimburse Landlord for its actual administrative expenses and for legal, accounting and other out of pocket expenses incurred by Landlord, all not to exceed an aggregate of Two Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($250.00).
