Common use of Landlord's Inspection Clause in Contracts

Landlord's Inspection. During the progress of the Work, Landlord and Landlord’s Representatives may, from time to time, inspect the Work and the Leased Property. If, during such inspection or otherwise, Landlord and Landlord’s Representatives determine that the Work is not being done in accordance with the Restoration Plans and Specifications, this Lease or any Legal Requirements, upon receipt by Tenant from Landlord of a written notice setting forth in reasonable specificity and detail any defect in the Work, Tenant will cause corrections to be made to any such defect.

If, during such inspection or otherwise, Landlord and Landlord’s Representatives determine that the Work is not being done in accordance with the Restoration Plans and Specifications, this Lease or any Legal Requirements, upon receipt by Tenant from Landlord of a written notice setting forth in reasonable specificity and detail any defect in the Work, Tenant will cause corrections to be made to any such defect.

If, during such inspection or otherwise, Landlord and Landlord’s 's Representatives determine that the Work is not being done in accordance with the Restoration Plans and Specifications, this Lease or any Legal Requirements, upon receipt by Tenant from Landlord of a will give prompt written notice to Tenant, setting forth in reasonable specificity and detail any defect in the Work. Upon the receipt of any such notice, Tenant will cause corrections to be made to any such defect.
