Common use of Language Determination Clause in Contracts

Languages that are spoken in South San Francisco that are subject to the bilingual incentive pay for purposes of this section will be determined by reviewing the demographic data from the local school district and/or the number of interactions that employees have with people speaking other languages than identified below.
