Language Requirements. An employee who occupies a unilingual position that NAV CANADA designates bilingual by its own action or to meet statutory requirements and who does not meet the second language requirements, or an employee who does not meet a higher second language proficiency standard for the position set by NAV CANADA or through statutory requirements, shall be entitled to reassignment to a position at the same level in the region with relocation expenses. If no position at the same level in the region is available, the employee may elect to accept an assignment in another region with relocation expenses paid for by NAV CANADA or accept the NAV CANADA Departure Incentive Program. The employee shall be considered a vulnerable or surplus employee for purposes of the priority placement provisions in clause 42.03. If the employee is not reassigned or does not accept the NAV CANADA Departure Incentive Program he or she shall be subject to lay-off.
Language Requirements. 19.11.01 When required by the Company, language training in French and English will be provided at Company expense and, subject to operational requirements, on Company time on a voluntary basis to those employees who have been tested and possess the required basic knowledge and learning ability in the other official language.

3.1. NCHU students must have a level of ability in either and/or English language which is deemed by to be sufficient for successful participation in an exchange program.
3.2. students must have a level of ability in English and/or Chinese language which is deemed by NCHU to be sufficient for successful participation in an exchange program.
3.3. The Parties will agree on standard tests in language proficiency which will be used to determine the level of ability of a nominated exchange student.

Language Requirements. The Member Services staff shall include individuals who speak English, Spanish and any other language which is spoken as a primary language by a population that exceeds five (5) percent of the contractor's Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare enrollees or two hundred (200) enrollees in the contractor's plan, whichever is greater.
Language Requirements. The official text of this Subcontract is the English language text, whether or not counterparts hereof are written, executed, or translated into any other language. All notices, communications and submittals between the parties pursuant to the implementation of this Subcontract shall be in the English language, unless otherwise directed in writing by RTI. In the event that this Subcontract is translated into another language, the English version shall prevail.
Language Requirements. The language proficiency level you must attain within the deadline of this call is CEFR level B1 (Common European Framework of Reference) for the language/s required by the universities you are applying for. Please follow the link to the list of partner universities and the relevant language requirements. • For the Italian, German and English languages: reference will be made to the language proficiency level recorded in the student’s academic career report at the date of deadline of this call (29 February 2024). • For the Spanish and French languages: proficiency shall be certified exclusively as follows:
a) by participating in a computer-based test (lasting approx. 45 minutes), organised by the Language Centre, which will take place on 20th February 2024, from 4 p.m., in room A4.15, using laptops provided by unibz. Any tests/interviews taken at the Language Centre in previous academic years will not be considered valid. Registrations for the test must be submitted via email to the following address: xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xx, with the subject "Language Exam for Mobility Call," by 15th February 2024, at 12:00 noon; or
b) by submitting an international certificate – to be sent by the deadline of this call to xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xx – that will need to be evaluated by the Language Centre. In the case of a certification issued by an Italian public institution its attainment must be certified by submitting a self-declaration, in accordance with art. 46 of the Presidential Decree #445 dd. 28 December 2000. For students attending study programmes taught in English only, the B1 proficiency level will be considered as attained and no further language certification will be required. Should these students choose universities where the teaching language is different from English, then the teaching language will need to be certified according to the above points.
Language Requirements. 6.1 The students should satisfy the required language skills as evaluated by the inviting party.
