Late Pick Up Fees. I agree to pay a late fee of $1/minute, if I arrive after 6:00 p.m. to pick up my child. Late pick up fees must be paid to the NPESC office within three business days.

If the parent or emergency contact cannot be reached by phone at close of business, the program will notify Security Forces. Each day Child is picked up at Center later than 5:00PM (“Closing Time”), Parent shall be assessed a fee of $15 for each fifteen (15) minutes or portion thereof, after such Closing Time (“Late Pick-up Fee”). If late pick-ups are habitual, the Center is likely to terminate Child’s enrollment at Center in accordance with Section 8 of this Agreement.

If unreachable, the Director will call one of the emergency contacts. If all emergency contacts are not reachable and the child has not been picked up within one hour from closing time, the Director will notify the Department of Social Services and the Department of Welfare or contact child protective services. A two weeks’ written notice is required prior to your child’s last day (regardless of reason for leaving). Your written notice must be signed by the Director. If a two weeks’ notice is not given, a charge equal to two weeks’ tuition, beyond the notified withdrawal date, will be added to your account.

Late pick up of children after 5:30 pm will be charged $1 for every one minute after 5:30 pm, per child. Returned Checks or Declined Debit Card: A fee of $25 will be assessed for each returned check. More than three returned checks will place the account on a cash, debit/charge card or money order basis.
