Late Tenders. 25.1 All tenders received after the deadline for submission specified in the contract notice or these instructions will be kept by the Central Government Authority. The associated guarantees will be returned to the tenderers. 25.2 No liability can be accepted for late delivery of tenders. Late tenders will be rejected and will not be evaluated.
