Common use of LAW AND COURTS Clause in Contracts

LAW AND COURTS. 15.1. All of the matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Polish Civil Code. 15.2. EML and the Gift Card owner shall attempt to resolve any disputes by way of an understanding between the parties. Any disputes which cannot be resolved in such a manner shall be resolved by a common court having jurisdiction over the place of residence or the registered office of the Gift Card owner.
