Law; Disputes. 1. All legal relations between the Parties arising in connection with and based on the signed Purchase Contracts and these General Terms and Conditions (Purchasing) shall be governed by the law of the Czech Republic, with the exclusion of the Vienna Convention on the purchase contracts of 1980.
Law; Disputes. 18.1 If there is any dispute in respect of this Agreement the parties shall first attempt to reach in good faith a negotiated settlement of the issue by means of internal escalation within their organisations.

First, direct negotiation between senior executives, secondly, if this does not resolve the matter, the dispute can be referred to mediation.
