Common use of Lawful Use, Etc Clause in Contracts

Lawful Use, Etc. Tenant shall not use or suffer or permit the use of the applicable Leased Property and Tenant's Personal Property for any unlawful purpose. Tenant shall not commit or suffer to be committed any waste on the applicable Leased Property, or in the Facility located on the applicable Leased Property located thereon, nor shall Tenant cause or permit any nuisance thereon or therein. Tenant shall neither suffer nor permit the applicable Leased Property or any portion thereof, including any Capital Addition, or Tenant's Personal Property, to be used in such a manner as (i) might reasonably tend to impair Landlord's (or Tenant's, as the case may be) title thereto or to any portion thereof, or (ii) may reasonably make possible a claim or claims for adverse usage or adverse possession by the public, as such, or of implied dedication of the applicable Leased Property or any portion thereof.

Tenant shall not commit or suffer to be committed any waste on any of the applicable Collective Leased PropertyProperties, or in the Facility located on the applicable Leased Property located thereonany Facility, nor shall Tenant cause or permit any nuisance thereon or therein. Tenant shall neither suffer nor permit any of the applicable Collective Leased Property Properties or any portion thereof, including any Capital Addition, or Tenant's Personal Property, to be used in such a manner as (ia) might reasonably tend to impair Landlord's (or Tenant's, as the case may be) title thereto or to any portion thereof, or (iib) may reasonably make possible a claim or claims for adverse usage or adverse possession by the public, as such, or of implied dedication of the applicable Leased Property or any portion thereof.
