Lawfulness and Reasonableness. Trustor warrants that all of the waivers in this Mortgage are made with full knowledge of their significance, and of the fact that events giving rise to any defense or other benefit waived by Trustor may destroy or impair rights which Trustor would otherwise have against Beneficiary, other Lenders, Borrower and other persons, or against collateral. Trustor agrees that all such waivers are reasonable under the circumstances and further agrees that, if any such waiver is determined (by a court of competent jurisdiction) to be contrary to any law or public policy, such waiver shall be effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
