Laws, Regulations and Permits. The Consultant shall give all notices required by law and comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations pertaining to the conduct of the work. The Consultant shall be liable for all violations of the law in connection with work furnished by the Consultant. If the Consultant performs any work knowing it to be contrary to such laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, the Consultant shall bear all costs arising therefrom.
Laws, Regulations and Permits. 14.9.1 The Parties acknowledge that the Manufacturing, packaging and/or shipping of Product hereunder may be regulated. As such, Producer shall observe, abide by and be responsible for material adherence to all Applicable Laws relating to the Manufacturing, packaging and/or shipping of Products and its performance under this Agreement, subject to the provisions of Section 8 above.
14.9.2 Each Party currently has and will maintain in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement all permits, authorizations and the like required for the Manufacture, handling, storage and disposal of the Raw Materials and Products and the performance of its obligations hereunder and such activities will be performed in accordance with the terms of such permits, authorizations and other governmental requirements. Each Party will report to the other Party, as soon as possible, all occurrences and incidents caused by operations covered by this Agreement and for which are reportable to the environmental authorities, in each case if such occurrences or instances could reasonably be expected to materially and adversely impact a Party’s ability as Producer to provide Services hereunder.
14.9.3 In the event a party believes that any change in Applicable Law would be reasonably expected to materially and adversely affect the Party’s ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement, such Party shall promptly notify the other Party in writing. Individuals designated by each Party shall meet in person or by telephone as frequently as may be necessary to determine any modifications that are necessary to resolve such compliance issues.
Laws, Regulations and Permits. A. Contractor shall keep itself fully informed of and shall observe and comply with all federal, state and local laws, ordinances, codes and regulations including, but not limited to, environmental and pollution control laws; orders and decrees of bodies or tribunals having any jurisdiction or authority over the Work; and any rules or regulations of Company relating to health, safety or performance of the Work which in any manner affect those engaged or employed for any Work, the materials and equipment used in any Work, or the performance of any Work. If any discrepancy or inconsistency should be discovered between the Agreement and any such law, ordinance, code, regulation, order or decree, Contractor shall immediately report the same in writing to Buyer. Contractor shall be responsible for the compliance by its employees, Subcontractors and Suppliers of all tiers with the above provisions and shall be liable for all fines levied in violation of any laws, ordinances, codes and regulations.
B. Unless otherwise directed by Company, Contractor shall procure and pay for all other permits and inspections and furnish any bonds, security or deposits required for the Work.

CONSULTANT shall give all notices required by law and all permits and licenses required by governmental authorities will be obtained by CONSULTANT at CONSULTANT’s sole cost and expense to complete the WORK. CONSULTANT will comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, regulations, ordinances and statutes including, without limitation, Cal/OSHA requirements. The CONSULTANT shall be liable for all violations of the law in connection with WORK furnished by or on behalf of the CONSULTANT. If the CONSULTANT performs any WORK contrary to such laws, ordinances, rules, statutes and regulations, the CONSULTANT shall bear all costs arising therefrom.
Laws, Regulations and Permits. 7.1 CONSULTANT shall give all notices required by law and comply with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations pertaining to the conduct of the services required by this Agreement. CONSULTANT shall be liable for, and bear all costs resulting from, any violations of the law in connection with services furnished by CONSULTANT, except any violation of the law due to the DISTRICT’S negligence or willful misconduct.
7.2 CONSULTANT shall comply with all of the following requirements with respect to any services as a Building/Construction Inspector, Field Soils and Material Tester, or Land Surveyor, as those trades are defined by the California Department of Industrial Relations (“DIR”).
a) CONSULTANT agrees to comply with and require its subcontractors to comply with the requirements of California Labor Code sections 1720 et seq. and 1770 et seq., and California Code of Regulations, title 8, section 16000 et seq. (collectively, “Prevailing Wage Laws”) and any additional applicable California Labor Code provisions related to such work including, without limitation, payroll recordkeeping requirements. CONSULTANT and its subcontractors shall pay not less than the prevailing rate of per diem wages as determined by the Director of the DIR for all services described in this Section 7.2 of the Agreement and as required by law. The general prevailing wage determinations can be found on the DIR website at: www://xxx.xx.xxx/xxxx. Copies of the prevailing rate of per diem wages may be accessed at the DISTRICT’S administrative office and shall be made available upon request. CONSULTANT shall make copies of the prevailing rates of per diem wages for each craft, classification or type of worker needed to execute the services described in this Section 7.2 of the Agreement available to interested parties upon request, and shall post and maintain copies at CONSULTANT’S principal place of business and at all sites where services are performed. Penalties for violation of Prevailing Wage Laws may be assessed in accordance with such laws. For example, CONSULTANT shall forfeit, as a penalty to the DISTRICT, Two Hundred Dollars ($200) for each calendar day, or portion thereof, for each xxxxxxx paid less than stipulated prevailing rates for services performed under this Agreement by CONSULTANT, or any subcontractor under CONSULTANT, in violation of Prevailing Wage Laws.

Laws, Regulations and Permits. 10.1 The Lessee shall comply with City, county, state and federal laws, ordinances and regulations, as amended, which are applicable to Lessee’s operation and activities under the Lease.
10.2 The Lessee shall obtain, pay for and maintain all permits and licenses for its operation and activities.
10.3 The Lessee shall pay and be responsible for, all taxes and other costs lawfully assessed against or resulting from its leasehold interest in the Property and its operations under this Lease.
10.4 The Lessee agrees to procure and maintain the necessary fire extinguishers as required by law and shall at all times be familiar with and comply with the fire regulations and orders of Miami-Dade County Fire Department.
