Lawsuits or Claims. The Parties agree that the costs and expenses of any lawsuits, disputes, or claims of any kind arising directly or indirectly out of this Agreement to the extent such costs and expenses are chargeable against the Drainage District shall be deemed to constitute part of the cost of the Drain and shall be paid by the Public Corporations in the same manner as other costs of the Drain.
