Common use of LCB/FOP Clause in Contracts

LCB/FOP. The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board will provide, or allow Lieutenants to attend, a minimum of sixteen (16) hours of supervisor/leadership or liability training per contract cycle. Lieutenants are encouraged to provide input and make recommendations on both training topics and outside vendors. The Employer reserves the right to designate or approve all training.
