Common use of Lead Arrangers Clause in Contracts

Lead Arrangers. None of the Lead Arrangers, Syndication Agent or Joint Bookrunners identified on the cover page of this Agreement shall have any rights, powers, obligations, liabilities, responsibilities or duties under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender or an Issuing Lender hereunder. Without limiting any other provision of this Article, none of the Lead Arrangers, Syndication Agent or Joint Bookrunners in their respective capacities as such shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender (including any Issuing Lender) or any other Person by reason of this Agreement or any other Loan Document.

None of the Lead Arrangers, Arrangers or Syndication Agent or Joint Bookrunners (other than the Administrative Agent) identified on the cover page or signature pages of this Agreement shall have any rights, powers, obligations, liabilities, responsibilities or duties under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, or a Lender or an Issuing Lender hereunder. Without limiting any other provision of this Article, none of the Lead Arrangers, Arrangers or Syndication Agent or Joint Bookrunners in their respective capacities as such shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender (including any Issuing Lender) or any other Person by reason of this Agreement or any other Loan Document.
