Lead Registration. To create a qualifying lead eligible for a referral fee, Referral Partner must register leads with Marketo in conjunction with the current lead process in place. At Marketo’s request, Referral Partner shall supply any additional information reasonably requested by Marketo and/or assist Marketo in making contact with the proposed lead by arranging an introduction, meeting, conference call or other means of communication with the proposed lead. Following receipt of approval by Marketo, Referral Partner will be introduced to a Marketo account manager to engage with the prospect. Prospect must purchase and pay for an annual (or longer) Marketo Services subscription within 90 days of the lead registration and approval or such longer period that may be authorized by Marketo at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis.

Lead Registration. By registering leads, you are giving MagnaWave permission to contact the client. All registered leads will be contacted by MagnaWave within 24 business hours. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Beginning on May 01, 2017, Referral Partner, should they wish, can provide the following services (collectively, the "Services"): Gather sales leads and enter them into the system, market and support leads, answer sales and info questions, help through financing processes and collect payment through links or financing. PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES. The manner in which the Services are to be performed and the specific hours to be worked by Referral Partner shall be determined by Referral Partner. MagnaWave will rely on Referral Partner to work as many hours as may be reasonably necessary to fulfill Referral Partner's obligations under this Contract. COMMISSION PAYMENTS. MagnaWave will make commission payments to Referral Partner based on percentage of products sold - (Commission details attached). Each machine has its own commission amount there is no overall percentage. Referral Partners make commissions on NEW machine sales and products purchased. Commissions will NOT be paid on any DEMO machines and products purchased. - *Effective Immediately - MagnaWave will no longer pay commissions to second and third Referral Partner's on machines purchased. If you signed the contract prior to April 1st, 2019, you will be grandfathered in until January 1st, 2020. Upon which time that part of the program will cease. *All Referral Partners: In order to receive a commission, the client MUST be registered prior to their purchase. If a Referral Partner registers the customer at any point after the payment has been completed, no commission will be granted on the sale. There will be NO exceptions on this and the following rules:
Lead Registration. You shall make your commercially reasonable efforts to market and sell MenuSifu Systems to your Leads. You shall provide MenuSifu with the name, address, contact and solution details of each Lead to whom you have promoted the MenuSifu System. MenuSifu shall have ten (10) days to accept or reject the Lead submitted by you. MenuSifu may, at its sole discretion, reject your Lead if materially incomplete or incorrect information is submitted, or if MenuSifu or another of MenuSifu’s partner has already licensed the MenuSifu System to such Lead, or if MenuSifu is actively promoting the MenuSifu System to such Lead or for any other reasonable business purpose. MenuSifu shall not be liable to you or any third party for any conflicting Lead registrations.

Similarly, if you have registered a lead and they return through a 3rd party, if they are actively registered to you at the time of purchase, commission will be paid out accordingly to you.
Lead Registration. Zix, at its sole discretion, will approve a lead submitted by the Company based on the following criteria: (i) another reseller or Zix partner is not currently working on this account; (ii) a Zix named account executive is not currently working on the account; and (iii) the account is not an existing Zix customer. The Company will receive confirmation from Zix that the lead was approved or declined within five business days. For clarity, a lead may not be submitted directly by an Appointed Sub- Reseller (as defined herein). A Registered Lead shall be a Registered Lead for the time period indicated at the time of submission and Zix’s acceptance. If there is no time period indicated at the time of submission, then the Registered Lead shall expire four months from the date the Registered Lead was accepted. Following the expiration of such time period, the lead in question shall cease to be a Registered Lead for purposes of this Agreement, unless the parties otherwise mutually agree in writing. If another Zix reseller requests the same Registered Lead, the Company shall have 2 weeks, from the date of notification from Zix, to demonstrate to Zix that they are currently and significantly active with the Registered Lead in question. If the Company does not demonstrate the same to Zix in Zix’s reasonable discretion, then the Registered Lead in question shall cease to be a Registered Lead for purposes of this Agreement and may be reassigned.

Lead Registration. All Leads (as hereafter defined) will be registered into N2NET’s sales management system as a Registered Lead (as hereafter defined) and protected for an initial duration of thirty (30) days. If an N2NET representative or agent has a verified appointment regarding N2NET voice services, lead protection will extend for up to one year. A “Lead” shall mean and refer to an individual, corporation, partnership, Limited Liability Company or other entity. A “Registered Lead” shall mean and refer to an entity as to which all of the following shall be true: (a) such entity has not at any time (either before or after the date of the Agreement) been a customer of N2NET, (b) such entity is not a person with which N2NET has at any time (either before or after the date of the Agreement) discussed the possibility of such entity’s obtaining services from N2NET, and (c) such entity has been submitted by the Agent to N2NET.

Lead Registration. HP will notify the Management Team in writing or by electronic mail of the identity of each thirty party to whom HP is promoting the Impresse Service (each, a "Lead"). Impresse may reject any Lead upon a determination in good faith that Impresse is already engaged in discussions relating to the Impresse Service with such Lead, and provided that such rejection must be received HP in writing or by electronic mail within five (5) business days after receipt of the notification of such Lead from HP. If notification of rejection is not received by HP from Impresse within five (5) business days, such Lead shall be deemed a "HP REGISTERED LEAD" for purposes of this Agreement.
