Learning and Development Program Sample Clauses

Learning and Development Program. The employer will continue structured learning, development and promotion within the company. With the exception of safety, machine operating procedures and core education and development modules, all learning and development is voluntary. The employer will however, encourage employees to undertake learning and development whenever possible. The employer may provide up to one (1) hour every third week, payable at overtime rates for employees to participate in onsite learning and development opportunities. All other voluntary learning and development is to be completed on the employees’ time.
