Lease Automobiles. If an employee elects to break a lease on their automobile in the Home Country at the start of assignment or in the Host Country at the conclusion of assignment and there are lease-breaking penalties involved, reimbursement of these costs will be provided up to the Blue Book value of the leased car.

  • Automobiles The Company shall provide Executive with an automobile allowance of $500 per month, consistent with the practices of the Company.

  • Car 7.1 You will be provided you with a car of suitable age, make, model and specification during the continuance of your employment in accordance with the policy laid down by the Company from time to time and the Company shall pay all standing and running costs relating to it (including the cost of fuel for private mileage) but not any taxable benefit arising.   • Company Automobile During the Term, the Company shall provide Executive use of a Company automobile with a lease value of up to One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,500.00) per month for Executive’s business or personal use, less any required taxes or withholdings.

  • Personal Property Insurance Lessee shall obtain, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, a policy of fire and extended coverage insurance including coverage for direct physical loss special form, and a sprinkler leakage endorsement insuring the personal property of Lessee. The proceeds from any personal property damage policy shall be payable to Lessee. All insurance policies required in 6 C) and 6 D) above shall: (i) provide for a certificate of insurance evidencing the insurance required herein, being deposited with Lessor ten (10) days prior to the Commencement Date, and upon each renewal, such certificates shall be provided 15 days prior to the expiration date of such coverage, (ii) be in a form reasonably satisfactory to Lessor and shall provide the coverage required by Lessee in this Lease, (iii) be carried with companies with the a Best Rating of A minimum, (iv) specifically provide that such policies shall not be subject to cancellation or reduction of coverage, except after 30 days prior written notice to Lessor, (v) name Lessor, Lessor's lender, and any other party with an insurable interest in the Premises as additional insureds by endorsement to policy, and (vi) shall be primary. Lessee agrees to pay to Lessor, as additional Rent, on demand, the full cost of the insurance policies referenced in 6 A) and 6 B) above as evidenced as insurance xxxxxxxx to Lessor which shall be included in the CAC. If Lessee does not occupy the entire Premises, the insurance premiums shall be allocated to the portion of the Premises occupied by Lessee on a pro-rata square footage or other equitable basis, as determined by Lessor. It is agreed that Lessee's obligation under this paragraph shall be prorated to the reflect the Commencement Date and the end of the Lease Term. Lessor and Lessee hereby waive any rights each may have against the other related to any loss or damage caused to Lessor or Lessee as the case may be, or to the Premises or its contents, and which may arise from any risk covered by fire and extended coverage insurance and those risks required to be covered under Lessee's personal property insurance. The parties shall provide that their respective insurance policies insuring the property or the personal property include a waiver of any right of subrogation which said insurance company may have against Lessor or Lessee, as the case may be.

  • Furniture For no additional charge, Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord those items of furniture and artwork situated in the Premises (the “FURNITURE”) and described on the inventory list attached hereto as EXHIBIT C (the “INVENTORY LIST”). Landlord hereby represents to Tenant that Landlord owns the Furniture and has the right to lease the Furniture to Tenant as described herein. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that prior to the Lease Commencement Date the parties will conduct a “walk-through” inspection of the Premises in order to confirm the completeness and accuracy of the furniture shown on the Inventory List, and to give Tenant the opportunity to confirm that the Furniture is in good condition and repair. Subject to such “walk-through” inspection, Tenant accepts the Furniture in its “as-is” condition, without any representation or warranty by Landlord. LANDLORD SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS AND/OR WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE FURNITURE. During the Term of this Lease, Tenant shall maintain and repair the Furniture as reasonably necessary, and shall insure the same along with its other personal property pursuant to ARTICLE 10 hereof. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall surrender the Furniture to Landlord in the same condition and repair as on the Lease Commencement Date, reasonable wear and tear and damage by casualty excepted.

  • Automobile Liability Insurance Automobile liability insurance against claims for personal injury (including bodily injury and death) and property damage covering all owned, leased non-owned and hired motor vehicles, including loading and unloading, with a $1,000,000 minimum limit per occurrence for combined bodily injury and property damage and containing appropriate no-fault insurance provisions wherever applicable.

  • Personal Property at Tenant’s Risk All of the furnishings, fixtures, equipment, effects and property of every kind, nature and description of Tenant and of all persons claiming by, through or under Tenant which, during the continuance of this Lease or any occupancy of the Premises by Tenant or anyone claiming under Tenant, may be on the Premises, shall be at the sole risk and hazard of Tenant and if the whole or any part thereof shall be destroyed or damaged by fire, water or otherwise, or by the leakage or bursting of water pipes, steam pipes, or other pipes, by theft or from any other cause, no part of said loss or damage is to be charged to or to be borne by Landlord, except that Landlord shall in no event be indemnified or held harmless or exonerated from any liability to Tenant or to any other person, for any injury, loss, damage or liability to the extent prohibited by law.

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance Comprehensive automobile liability insurance with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury, $500,000 per person and $100,000 property damage or a combined single limit of $1,000,000 for both Tenant-owned and leased vehicles.
