Lease Brokerage. To Seller's knowledge, there are no agreements with brokers providing for the payment from and after the Closing by Seller or Seller's successor-in-interest of leasing commissions or fees for procuring tenants with respect to the Property or related to this transaction, except as disclosed in Exhibit N hereto;
Lease Brokerage. Except as contemplated by Section 7.1.8, there are no lease brokerage agreements, leasing commission agreements or other agreements providing for payments by Property Owner or its successors or assigns of any amounts for leasing activities or procuring Tenants with respect to the Property including Tenant Lease renewals, expansions or modifications.
Lease Brokerage. To Seller’s knowledge, there are no lease brokerage agreements, leasing commission agreements or other agreements providing for payments of any amounts for leasing activities or procuring tenants with respect to the Property which will become due and payable after Closing other than as disclosed in Exhibit L.
Lease Brokerage. There are no lease brokerage agreements, leasing commission agreements or other agreements providing for payments of any amounts for leasing activities or procuring tenants with respect to the Property, whether now or in the future. No brokerage or similar fee is due or unpaid by Seller or the Company with respect to the Lease or the Property. No brokerage or similar fee shall be due or payable on account of the exercise of any renewal, extension or expansion options arising under the Lease;

Lease Brokerage. There are no agreements with brokers providing for the payment by Seller or to, Seller's knowledge, Seller's predecessors-in-interest under the Leases, of Commissions or fees for procuring tenants with respect to any lease in effect on the date hereof (the "EXISTING LEASES"), except as disclosed in EXHIBIT K hereto; and to Seller's knowledge, no commission, fee or other compensation is payable (or will, with the passage of time or occurrence of any event or both, be payable), with respect to the current term of the Existing Leases except as disclosed in EXHIBIT K. Seller has not agreed in writing to pay and, to Seller's knowledge, there are no Commissions, fees or other compensation payable in respect of the exercise of renewal, extension or expansion options set forth in the Existing Leases except as disclosed in EXHIBIT K.
Lease Brokerage. All agreements with brokers entered into by Seller (or to Seller’s knowledge binding on Seller) providing for the payment from and after Closing by Seller or Seller’s successor-in-interest of leasing commissions or fees for procuring tenants with respect to the Property provide for market commission rates, except as disclosed in Exhibit D-1 hereto. Seller has provided or made available to Purchaser in an electronic data room true, correct, and complete copies of all agreements with brokers. There are no agreements with brokers entered into by Seller (or to Seller’s knowledge, binding on Seller) providing for leasing commissions or fees that are due and payable as of June 30, 2013, except as disclosed in Exhibit D-1 attached hereto.
Lease Brokerage. There are no lease brokerage agreements, leasing commission agreements or other agreements providing for payments of any amounts for leasing activities or procuring tenants with respect to the Property which will become due and payable from and after the date of Closing other than as disclosed in Exhibit G attached hereto and made a part hereof. In furtherance, and not in limitation, of the foregoing, Seller further represents that there are no existing agreements with brokers concerning expansions or renewals of existing Leases, except for the lease commissions payable to Xxxx Xxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxx Real Estate Services (and disclosed in Exhibit G), which lease commissions shall be paid prior to Closing pursuant to Section 4.6(g). Seller shall indemnify and hold harmless Purchaser from any claims arising from a breach of the representation set forth in this Section 5.1(d). Seller shall use reasonable efforts to obtain a letter from Xxxxxxx Xxxx Real Estate Services that Purchaser shall have no liability to Xxxxxxx Xxxx for any commissions or fees following the termination of its leasing agreement as of Closing.
Lease Brokerage. Seller is not a party to any Lease brokerage agreements, leasing commission agreements or other agreements providing for payments of any amounts for leasing activities or procuring tenants with respect to the Property or any portion or portions thereof, and all leasing commissions and brokerage fees accrued or due and payable under any commission agreement or other similar compensation agreement with respect to the Property as of the date hereof have been or shall be paid in full.
Lease Brokerage. Phase II Owner has paid all leasing commissions heretofore due and payable with respect to the Phase II Leases and, except as set forth on Exhibit M-2, (i) to Phase II Owner's knowledge, no person is entitled to any leasing commission in connection with the extension or renewal of any Phase II Lease or in connection with the exercise by any tenant of any expansion or extension option contained in any of the Phase II Leases, (ii) neither the Phase II Owner nor the Phase II Property is subject to any "protection list" or similar obligation with respect to the future leasing of the Phase II Property, and (iii) Phase II Owner has not received any notice of any valid claim for commission with respect to the Phase II Leases which has not been paid.
