LEASE GUARANTOR. This Lease Agreement, as amended from time to time, and all of Tenant's obligations hereunder are hereby fully guaranteed jointly and severally by those Persons listed on the signature page as Lease Guarantors. Lease Year: The period of twelve (12) months commencing on the Lease Commencement Date and ending on the last day of the month which completes twelve (12) full calendar months after the Lease Commencement Date, and each 12-month period thereafter commencing on the first day after the end of the immediately preceding Lease Year, except that the last Lease Year shall end on the last day of the Term. Legal Requirements: All laws, statutes, ordinances, orders, rules, regulations, and requirements of all federal, state, and municipal governments, and the appropriate agencies, officers, departments, boards, and commissions thereof, and the board of fire underwriters and/or the fire insurance rating organization or similar organization performing the same or similar functions, whether now or hereafter in force, applicable to the Building or any part thereof and/or the Leased Premises, as to the manner of use or occupancy or the maintenance, repair, or condition of the Leased Premises and/or the Building, and the usual and customary requirements of the carriers of all fire insurance policies maintained by Landlord on the Building.
LEASE GUARANTOR. INTERCELL CORPORATION The Undersigned Officer on behalf of Intercell Corporation hereby guarantees the obligations created under this lease by Microlink Technologies Corporation including payment of all rental sums due under the lease. Intercell Corporation shall submit with execution of the lease a current audited balance sheet and a profit and loss statement for the year ending 1996 or the last fiscal year of operations. LEASE GUARANTOR. The Lease Guarantor hereby personally and unconditionally guarantees to Lessor the payment of all rent, damages, fees, and costs in the performance of any and all obligations of the Lessee under the terms of this Lease Agreement as well as any hold over provisions. The Lease Guarantor hereby waives notice from the Lessor of any breach of the Lessee, extension of this Lease Agreement, and/or modification of this Lease Agreement. The Lease Guarantor also hereby waives notice of any breach, notice to cure, right to cure, waiver, notice to quit, forbearance by Lessor, or forgiveness by Lessor between the Lessee and Lessor. The Lease Guarantor agrees to be personally liable for any and all costs, damages, and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by the Lessor in enforcing the terms and conditions of this Lease Agreement or to recover possession of the Leased Premises as well as enforcing the provisions of this Section 20 against the Lease Guarantor.
LEASE GUARANTOR. (a) For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency, of which is hereby acknowledged by Lease Guarantor, the Lease Guarantor hereby personally and unconditionally guarantys to Lessor the payment of all Base Rent and any and all other sums due hereunder, including, but not limited to, all damages, fees, costs and the performance of any and all obligations of the Lessee under the terms of this Lease as well as any holdover provisions. The Lease Guarantor agrees to be personally liable for any and all costs, damages and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by the Lessor in enforcing the terms and conditions of this Lease or to recover possession of the Rental Premises as well as enforcing the provisions of this Section 42 against the Lease Guarantor.
(b) The Lease Guarantor hereby waives notice from the Lessor of any breach by Lessee, any extension, and/or modification of this Lease. The Lease Guarantor also hereby waives notice of any breach, notice to cure, right to cure, waiver, notice to quit demand, forbearance by Lessor, or forgiveness by Lessor between the Lessee and Lessor.
(c) Lessee hereby consents to any modifications, amendments or revisions of this Lease hereinafter agreed upon by Lessor and Lessee.
LEASE GUARANTOR. If an applicant requires and qualifies for a lease Guarantor, the guarantor guarantees to perform all tenant's financial obligations under the lease. A Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx applying authorizes the Landlord or Landlord's agent to verify information related to the guarantor's creditworthiness. Guarantors are jointly and severally liable for all provisions of this guarantee. A guarantor must pay a non-refundable application fee and sign a lease guaranty addendum. Notice To or From You/Co-Applicants: Any notice we give you or your co-applicant is considered notice to all co-applicants; and any notice from you or your co-applicant is considered notice from all co-applicants. Keys or Access Devices: We'll furnish keys and/or access devices only after: (i) all parties have signed the legally binding lease contract and other rental documents referred to in the lease contract; (ii) all applicable rents and security deposits have been paid in full (iii) day of commencement (iv) proof of renter's insurance, electricity and city utility services have been connected for the property. Keys: Release of keys will be to the tenant during business hours. Signature: Our reception of this application is consenting only to this Agreement.
