Lease Management Sample Clauses

Lease Management. The overall supervision and monitoring of compliance with lease specifications shall be the responsibility of the Lessee. The Lessee will address and resolve concerns or questions regarding this Agreement or operation of the leased vehicles with the Lessor. This Agreement or any part thereof may be renegotiated in circumstances where changes are required by federal law or regulations, state law or regulations, court orders or actions, or when the parties agree that a new lease would better meet their needs than existing terms and conditions of this lease. Any revisions to this lease must be agreed to by both parties, as evidenced by an addendum signed by the authorized representative of each party and approved by the Department.
Lease Management. (i) The Owner Participant shall collect insurance certificates and other notices or documents from the Lessee as and when required to be provided under the Lease, and shall otherwise administer the Lease in accordance with its terms in accordance with the Standard of Care. As used in this Section 9(j), “Standard of Care” shall mean reasonable care and diligence consistent with the customary commercial practices of the Owner Participant or its Affiliates that it applies under similar circumstances with respect to other aircraft owned by the Owner Participant or its Affiliates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Owner Participant will have no obligation to otherwise monitor performance by the Lessee of its obligations under the Lease, perform inspections or repossess or remarket the Aircraft or any other Collateral in the case of a default under the Lease.
Lease Management. The Lessee shall not assign the management of the Leased Premises under a lease-management, under penalty of nullity of the lease management granted in breach of this clause and even termination of this agreement, if the Lessor deems fit. The Lessee shall personally use the Leased Premises.

The Leasing Agent acknowledges that all revenues collected by it from the lease of containers for and on behalf of CAY are for the exclusive benefit of CAY. The Leasing Agent shall follow such credit policies with respect to the lease of containers, as it shall establish from time to time. 3) In performing its managerial and administrative functions pursuant to this Agreement, the Leasing Agent shall manage and lease containers on behalf of the container owners without preference to the ownership thereof. The primary factor that the Leasing Agent will take into account in leasing containers in times of low demand and excess supply will be the locations and availability for lease of equipment relative to the demand therefore.
Lease ManagementLessee shall not place all or part of its business assets under lease-management without Lessor’s prior express agreement.

Lease Management. Administrative Co-Producer will be responsible for reviewing requests from and approving third party producers, preparing and negotiating appropriate contracts and other documents, and managing the relationships. For clarity, it is understood that Administrative Co-Producer has no obligation to affirmatively seek out such third parties, enter into a minimum number of leases, generate a required amount of lease fees or other revenues from such relationships, and/or guarantee the performance by any such third party lessee.
Lease Management. 10.1 Dilapidations The Tenant will be obliged to keep the Property fully repaired and decorated at all times. Should the Property fall into disrepair the Landlord will have the right to require the Tenant to put the Property into repair and if this is not actioned the Landlord will have a right to enter the Property and carry out any repairs and recover the costs from the Tenant as a debt.

Reviewing costs shall include, but not be limited to, actual costs for staff time, and, to the extent applicable, time spent by consultants hired by the State, for review of: 1. Lessee’s compliance with the MMP, part of the FEIR. The State shall review the Lessee’s annual summary reports. 2. Information related to sea-level rise vulnerability, structural integrity, and adaptation capacity of the Lease Premises (as defined in the Lease) and the facilities therein. Information shall include, but is not limited to, mean high-tide line and topographic surveys. 3. Other submittals as required by the Lease.
