LEASE MANAGEMENT Sample Clauses

The Lease Management clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities related to the administration and oversight of a lease agreement. It typically specifies how the landlord and tenant will handle routine communications, address maintenance requests, and manage compliance with lease terms throughout the duration of the lease. By clearly defining these processes, the clause helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations and minimizes misunderstandings between the parties, thereby promoting effective management of the leased property.
