Common use of Lease Outline Drawing Clause in Contracts

Lease Outline Drawing. Landlord shall furnish to Tenant a drawing of the Leased Premises of the type commonly known as a Lease Outline Drawing (herein sometimes referred to as the “L.O.D.”). The L.O.D. shall be prepared by Landlord’s architect at a scale of 1/4 inch equals 1 foot and shall show the dimensions and square footage of the Leased Premises. In addition, the L.O.D. shall show the location of the sprinkler feed, electrical conduit, soil pipe, water line and points of entry of other Landlord-supplied services.
