Lease Payments to Constitute a Current Obligation of the Lessee. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease, the Lessee and the Bank acknowledge and agree that the obligation of the Lessee to pay Lease Payments hereunder constitutes a current special obligation of the Lessee payable exclusively from current and legally available funds and shall not in any way be construed to be an indebtedness of the Lessee within the meaning of any constitutional or statutory limitation or requirement applicable to the Lessee concerning the creation of indebtedness. The Lessee has not hereby pledged the general tax revenues or credit of the Lessee to the payment of the Lease Payments, or the interest thereon, nor shall this Lease obligate the Lessee to apply money of the Lessee to the payment of Lease Payments beyond the then current Original Term or Renewal Term, as the case may be, or any interest thereon.
