Common use of Lease Registration Clause in Contracts

Lease Registration. The tenant must, at the tenant’s cost: a. register this agreement; b. register a variation of this agreement if the Term is extended under clause 2.2 of these Additional Terms; and c. deliver a copy of each registered document to the landlord within 12 months of the parties executing this agreement or any extension of Term.
