Lease Remains in Effect. Except as provided above, this Lease shall not terminate and shall remain in full force and effect in the event of a taking or condemnation of the Premises, or any portion thereof, and Tenant hereby waives all rights under applicable law to abatx, xxduce or offset rent by reason of such taking.
Lease Remains in Effect. Except to the extent specifically modified by this Amendment, the Lease remains in full force and effect, including, without limitation, the rights of first refusal granted thereunder.

If a Leasehold Mortgagee is complying with Section 14.7.(a), upon the acquisition of the Leasehold Estate herein by such Leasehold Mortgagee or its designee or any other purchaser at a foreclosure sale or otherwise and the discharge of any lien, charge or encumbrance against Tenant’s interest in this Lease or the Premises which is junior in priority to the lien of the Leasehold Mortgage held by such Leasehold Mortgagee and which Tenant is obligated to satisfy and discharge by reason of the terms of this Lease, this Lease shall continue in full force and effect as if Tenant had not defaulted under this Lease.
Lease Remains in Effect. The Lease (including the Addendum thereof), as expressly modified herein, shall remain in full force and effect. In addition, except to the extent that its terms are inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, the Lease shall govern the rights and obligations of the Landlord and Tenant with respect to the Additional Rental Space. In particular and without limiting the 5 115 generality of the foregoing, Sections A-6, X-00, xxd A-22 shall apply to this Agreement.
Lease Remains in Effect. The parties acknowledge and agree that the Lease shall remain in full force and effect.

The Tenant's Option to Extend set out in Schedule "F" to the Lease shall and is hereby made applicable to the Expansion Space as well as the Initial Space.
Lease Remains in Effect. Except as amended by this Second Amendment, the terms of the Original Lease, as previously amended by the First Amendment, remain in effect.
