Leasehold Mortgagee. Lessor agrees that the name of any Leasehold Mortgagee, as hereinafter defined, may be added to the loss payable endorsement of any and all insurance policies required to be carried by Lessee hereunder (except for Worker’s Compensation).
Leasehold Mortgagee. “Leasehold Mortgagee” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 20.2 below.
Leasehold Mortgagee. Any unaffiliated third party public or private lending source or institution, federal, state, county or municipal governmental agency or bureau, bank, savings and loan, pension fund, insurance company, real estate investment trust, tax credit syndication entity, or other real estate investment or lending entity, savings bank, whether local, national or international, and/or the holder of any purchase money mortgage given back to a transferor, that is or becomes the holder, mortgagee or beneficiary under any Leasehold Mortgage and the successors or assigns of such holder, mortgagee or beneficiary, and shall be deemed to include, without limitation, the trustee under any such trust indenture and the successors or assigns of such trust; provided that if a Leasehold Mortgagee is other than a federal, state, county or municipal governmental agency or bureau, or a United States-based bank, savings and loan, pension fund, insurance company, or real estate investment trust, then except as may otherwise be prohibited by applicable Laws, a Leasehold Mortgagee shall not be a Disqualified Person, as hereinafter defined.
Leasehold Mortgagee. The term "Leasehold Mortgagee" ------------------- as used in this Section 4 shall refer to a holder of a Leasehold Mortgage in respect to which the notice provided for by subsection 4.2 has been given and received and as to which the provisions of this Section 4 are applicable.
Leasehold Mortgagee. The term "Leasehold Mortgagee" means a Permitted Leasehold Mortgagee holding a Permitted Leasehold Mortgage.
Leasehold Mortgagee. Landlord hereby acknowledges that Tenant has advised Landlord that Bankers Trust Company (the "Leasehold Mortgagee") is the mortgagee under a mortgage encumbering Tenant's leasehold interest in the Leased Premises, and as such, is entitled to the benefits contained in this Paragraph 41. All notices to the Leasehold Mortgagee shall be deemed to have been duly given when sent in the manner required hereunder addressed to the Leasehold Mortgagee at Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000. Tennnt acknowledges on its and Leasehold Mortgagee's behalf that Landlord has not reviewed and is not a party to any loan documents between Tenant and the Leasehold Mortgagee and is not obligated to Leasehold Mortgagee for any obligations of Tenant to the Leasehold Mortgage.
Leasehold Mortgagee. Any Leasehold Mortgagee must be an Institutional Lender; the rights of such Leasehold Mortgagee under any Leasehold Mortgage and the Lease Agreement shall be subject to the rights of the Signatory Airlines under this Agreement; and any Leasehold Mortgage shall be in compliance with the requirements of Section 18.1 of the Lease Agreement. It is understood and agreed that the Use Agreement shall survive any enforcement of the Leasehold Mortgage including foreclosure and that in the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of the Use Agreement and those of the Leasehold Mortgage, the terms and conditions of the Use Agreement shall prevail. The Leasehold Mortgage shall contain language to that effect and provide that [AIRLINE] is a third party beneficiary of the Leasehold Mortgage. The Authority shall deliver to the Signatory Airlines a copy of the form of the security documentation for any Leasehold Mortgage received by the Lessee in accordance with Section 18.1(a) of the Lease Agreement and shall consult with the Signatory Airlines in determining whether the Leasehold Mortgage is in compliance with the Lease Agreement. While the Leasehold Mortgage is outstanding, the Lessee shall not agree to any amendment or modification of the Leasehold Mortgage that would affect the priority of the rights of the Signatory Airlines as described above without approval by an Airline MII.

Leasehold Mortgagee. If a First Leasehold Mortgage and a Permitted Leasehold Mortgage that is second in priority in lien or interest among those in effect are both held by the same Permitted Leasehold Mortgagee, the two Permitted Leasehold Mortgages are collectively referred to as the "First Leasehold Mortgage." A "Permitted Leasehold Mortgage" includes, without limitation, mortgages and trust deeds as well as financing statements, security agreements, and other documentation that the lender may require. The words Lending Institution, as used in this Lease, mean any commercial, national, or savings bank, savings and loan association, trust company, pension trust, foundation, or insurance company, and any other entity, person, corporation, partnership, or otherwise making a loan on the security of Lessee's interest in this Lease or all or any part of the Improvements.
Leasehold Mortgagee. The holder of a Leasehold Mortgage.
