Leave to Remove Dependants and Effects. 1.9.1 The following provisions apply when a teacher has left dependants at the former location pending the finding of suitable housing: a. Special leave on pay may be granted by the Secretary for Education to permit the teacher to return to the former centre to assist with the transfer of dependants and effects.
